What had to be solved before the finish could look luxurious
The original bathroom felt divided and visually heavy. The owner needed a cleaner, brighter and more spacious layout with finishes consistent with a high-standard home.
A fragmented townhouse bathroom was opened up and rebuilt with rectified 60x120 porcelain, TEKA sanitaryware and PEX-Al-PEX multilayer plumbing.
The original bathroom felt divided and visually heavy. The owner needed a cleaner, brighter and more spacious layout with finishes consistent with a high-standard home.
We removed dividing partitions, renewed plumbing, corrected the substrate and installed large-format rectified porcelain to create a more continuous, refined and easy-to-maintain bathroom.
Luxury is not only what appears in the final photo. It is the sum of compatible materials, controlled substrates, hidden utilities, clean joints, precise cuts and documented handover.
A high-end remodeling portfolio must show more than beauty shots. These images document the real finish, installation phases and project decisions.
